Shipping:

Getting your Soak order to you as safely and as fast as possible is what we do, and we use An Post for delivery, unless otherwise requested.

Currently shipping to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the UK and Europe.

Local shipping can take from 3-6 working days.

Please note we are not responsible for any customs and duties incurred.

Returns:

Changed your mind? That’s okay, Soak offers a 14 day returns policy. Just send back the unopened items in a package to us, with receipt and we will process your refund (less delivery charge) as soon as possible.

• Items must be returned and received within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

• Items must be returned in original condition without seals broken or tampered with.

• Soak is not responsible for the cost of returns unless the item is faulty.

If the item is faulty, please email your order number & the reason or description of the fault to soakinluxury@gmail.com.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt to us. Bank delays may occur, but generally complete 3 to 5 working days after refund is processed.
